Tin can combination machine with high stability
The combination machine is specifically designed for the assembly of round empty cans. The cylindrical can body is fed into the machine through a timing screw and driving chain for
necking, flanging, beading, and seaming. The machine utilizes cam, gear, and motor to drive the movement of the parts in order to complete the can assembly.
When the flanging process complete and reaches the seaming station, two seaming rollers perform the seaming operation.
A cam-driven knock-out pad releases the seamed can from the chuck, and the seamed can is carried out by a turret. The seam quality meets international standards.

Remarks: Combination machine type is decided by customer’s can type. |
A. The machine has a simple structure and multiple safety devices, making it easy to operate and maintain
B. The first pre-necking operation performs 50% of the necking process, and the second turret completes the necking and flanging operations.
C. The can height can be automatically adjusted (with a digital display), and the turning speed of the Necking (Flanging) and the Seaming station can be adjusted separately using a frequency inverter.
D. The star wheel height is automatically adjusted during changes in height.
E. The machine is controlled by a touch panel and PLC, equipped with a faulty auto-detection system for lubrication, can jam, ends separation, etc., and includes an ends jam safety production unit. The integrated design of the tooling makes the changeover process much easier, eliminating the need for secondary adjustments.
F. The machine can be connected with an auto ends feeder system.
G. The seaming chuck and seaming roller are fixed in complete sets, allowing for a changeover time of within 2 hours.
H. Carbide necking material and titanium-coated seaming rollers are adopted.
